Ray Metzker is known for his photographs which show line, shape and form throughout his black and and white photographer. I am unsure on this photographer as it is not something i personally like to shoot.

Easweard Muybridge

Muybridge was the first to break down movement photographically by triggering a sequence of still cameras, recording thousands of images of men, women, children, and animals in action, preceding the notion of the instant replay. I like this photographers concept of placing the images together to look like a story board.

Harold Edgerton

Harold places photographs on top of each other to express the movement of the model in the photography. I like this photographer because of the way he is able to show individual movements of the model in on photograph.

Ernst Haas

Haas is mainly known as a pioneer of colour who turned his attention to the capture of movement Later on in his career,  he started investigating sports of all kinds, he captured the exhilaration of speed with a previously unseen clarity. This photograph fit under the formal element of Movement.

Karl Blossfeldt

Photographers A-Z By-Hans Michael Koetzel

He is best known for his close-up photographs of plants and living things which can relate to the formal element of shape. I like his work because of the way he takes the image close up so that it is not so obvious that it is a plant in the photograph.

Gunther Forg

Photographers A-Z By-Hans Michael Koetzel

Many of Gunther Forg's photographer are from a low angle which add an element of depth to the photograph. Personally i like this aspect and would consider it in my own images.

Peter Keetman

Photographers A-Z By-Hans Michael Koetzel

Peter Keetman has a series of image related the Volkswagen and within many of the image continuous pattern appear. I like the aspect of finding patterns with a car whereas they are usually found in nature.

Tony Sweet

Tony Sweet bases his photographs in different location of nature. In many of his images his is able to show lines, pattern and color. I think his images would be useful to me as he often adds new images he has taken.

Suzanne Lafont

Photographers A-Z By-Hans Michael Koetzel

Suzanne Lafont would take photographs of random people in the street and merge all the movements together and they all almost become blurred. I like this photographer because of how she merges the image together.
